COVID-19 Policy

Thank you for your patience and cooperation in helping us curb the spread of COVID-19. 


What we are doing to protect you:

  • Upon arrival at the office, all staff members submit to a temperature check and health questionnaire.
  • Masks will be worn by all staff, regardless of their role in patient care.
  • All equipment and instruments used during the pre-testing process and while in the exam lane will be disinfected between every patient encounter.


Please note that only patients are allowed inside the office. If the patient is a minor or in need of assistance, one person may accompany the patient—all others will be asked to wait outside or in their car. The patient and anyone accompanying them must wear a mask for the duration of the office visit.

Hilton Head Retina Institute works with many insurance carriers and payment plans.
